COVID-19: Ce înseamnă autoizolarea la domiciliu pentru 14 zile ?!!

 

  • Persoana se izolează  la domiciliu, inclusiv de membrii familiei și evită la maxim contactul cu persoanele terțe;
  • În cazul în care  persoana este solitară, aceasta solicită suport de la rude, prieteni, vecini, asistent social,  pentru necesitățile personale;
  • În cazuri de extremă necesitate de a părăsi domiciliu,  persoanele sunt obligate să respecte distanța socială de 1 metru și măsurile de precauție.

 

       Persoana izolată la domiciliu trebuie să:

 

  • Să informeze la telefon medicul de familie despre starea de sănătate;
  • Să-și monitorizeze starea de sănătate, măsurând temperatura de trei ori pe zi;
  • Să mențină curățenia în casă, să dezinfecteze toate suprafețele și să aerisească regulat încăperea;
  • Să se spele regulat pe mâini cu apă și săpun și să respecte eticheta tusei.

 

La primele simptome de boală, precum: febră, tuse, rinoree, să apeleze imediat Serviciul 112!!!
