Avînd ca bază prevederile articolului 4 alineatul (2)1 din Legea ocrotirii sănătăţii nr. 411-XIII din 28 martie 1995 cu modificările ulterioare şi Hotărîrii Guvernului „Pentru aprobarea Regulamentului privind numirea în funcție pe bază de concurs a conducătorilor instituțiilor medico-sanitare publice și a Contractuluitip de management al instituției” nr. 1016 din 01 septembrie 2016, procesului verbal nr. 1 din 26 ianuarie 2018, al ședinței Comisiei de concurs, se anunță rezultatele după cum urmează:
